Ensure your item is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included. For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Proof of Purchase
Locate your original tax invoice or store receipt. If you are a JB Hi-Fi Perks member, your receipt may be stored digitally in your account for easy retrieval.
Choose Return Method
Small items can be returned to any JB Hi-Fi store nationwide for an immediate assessment, while larger items like whitegoods or TVs may require a scheduled courier pickup.
Receive Resolution
Once our team verifies the condition of the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, issue a store credit, or provide a replacement unit.
